Algunas lexías monoverbales caracterizadoras del habla culta de Santiago de Chile: aportes para un diccionario de uso del español en chile

Abstract

This article presents the findings of a study made on a representative corpus of 25 hours of taped material containing different types of discourse recorded by cultivated speakers of Santiago de Chile. It focuses on the presence of characteristic lexemes that would contribute to determine the profile of “cultivated speaker” in this dialect. Age and sex variables were considered in the analysis.
